CHARLOTTE, NC – November 5, 2009 – Judith Hale, Ph.D., CPT will share her experience and expertise in our December program on “The Politics of Performance.”  She is the author of The Performance Consultant’s Fieldbook 2nd ED, Performance-Based Certification, Performance-Based Evaluation, Performance-Based Management, and Outsourcing Training and Development.  She has been a consultant to management in the public and private sectors for over 25 years.  Judy will bring clarity to why politics is important and the value of doing it well.
