Parking:

Parking tokens will no longer be sold at the registration desk. Parking is available in a number of pay lots surrounding the UNCC building. One such lot is at

707 N. Brevard St. This is at the corner of 11th. St.and Brevard St. Be sure to park in numbered spaces and pay the box (usually $4.00-$5.00) in the numbered slot corresponding to your spot. There is no change machine on site so make sure to bring exact change.

Session Description:

Join us as Carol helps us explore how to use Organization Maps as analysis tools to identify, document, and gain agreement on strategically important performance improvement opportunities, as well as engage people in any organization.

About Our Speaker:

Carol Panza

Carol M. Panza specializes in organization and process analysis for effective, sustainable performance improvement. She has many published articles, book chapters, and her own book on Organization Mapping, entitled, Picture This…Your Function, Your Company. Carol is the Chair-Elect of IFTDO and President of ISPI EMEA.

This program has been approved for 1.5 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Eligible attendees will receive the HRCI program ID upon completion of the program. Please be sure to note the program ID number on your recertification application form.
